1. Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?

Yes, we're happy to customize your item and make it how you want.
To request changes, please select  
Edit Design viaContact Us within 2 HOURS after placing your order.

Please note that you can request changes only ONCE.

2. Can I see the preview of my ornament before it's produced?

Absolutely! We're happy to provide a proof of your ornament if you request one.

Please mention your preview request along with your order number through our Contact Us within 2 HOURS of placing your order. We'll send you a digital proof for approval before production.

If we do not receive your approval within 24 HOURS, your order will proceed to production with the latest version of the preview provided.

3. How many socks can be included on the ornament? Can I also include both dogs and cats?

Our ornament can accommodate up to 12 socks and 4 pets, so you can include both dogs and cats!

4. Is the fireplace family ornament suitable for year-round display?

Yes, while it makes a great Christmas decoration, the personalized fireplace family and pet ornament can be displayed year-round as a lovely reminder of your family and pets.

5. Is it too early to buy a Christmas ornament?

Not at all! Buying a Christmas ornament early allows you to avoid the holiday rush and ensure you get exactly what you want. It's also a great way to plan ahead for gifts or holiday decorations.
