Your customer service is the greatest. They helped to make the mug perfect. They even shrunk one dog down to size to make it look more like my rescue dog. I smile every time I have my coffee. My only complaint which isn't really a complaint is that you had a third size choice for the woman character. It was either stick thin or frumpy which is why I didn't put myself on the mug. Hope you look into that soon as I plan on making more purchases as gifts!!

I got this mug for my husband for Christmas He loved the picture and broke into tears when he realized that our dog Gus, who passed away a little over a year ago was also depicted but with wings. He loves it so much is almost afraid to use it as he doesn't want to risk breaking it.
