DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER. I ordered this back in March 2024 as a gift for my brother, who lost his dog. The first item was supposed to have arrived March 27 to April 4, but the seller said it was lost in transit. I opted to replace it rather than get a refund, and the second item took until May 4 to ship, but also never arrived. I'm still waiting for a refund.

I entered the date wrong ' when asked about options for replacement they did not offer anything' even though it was my fault they should probably try to accommodate those who purchase things in error and work with them for a fix

The item is very beautiful and it is now on our fireplace mantle with her collar on it.
Two things to keep in mind:
1. The clasp on the collar has to fit through the holes, not just the collar band, so we had to make our holes slightly bigger.
2. They use DHL to ship. The first time they shipped it, it never arrived. They re-shipped the item again and it still took longer than any other standard carrier. I provided this feedback.
Overall I would use this seller again!
