It felt like there was an inclination that We should be tipping you to do your job if you want better service or quicker service. It was worded to highly encourage tipping. If I didn’t already have to put so much work into creating the mug I would have canceled the order.

I have used this personalized coffee cup dog memorial about a 1/2 dozen times. It is the best gift for someone who has lost a dog. I can't recommend it enough.
