The canvas is just as shown. Vivid color and even nicer than I expected. Will be giving it to my son for Christmas in memory of his dog Jake who he rescued 10 years ago. My son is heartbroken after having to euthanize Jake last month.

I love the product, just had an issue and had to reorder. The wings were not put on the deceased dog. I guess my fault but for that price I think honestly someone should have reached out regarding the order. Obviously you want the wings on the pet that passed. So I had to reorder it. I have ordered from you in the past and this was enough to make me upset that I had to pay twice, I’m pretty sure I won’t order from you again.

I got this for my brother and his wife as a memorial for their pets. They loved it. I didn't personally see the finished product as I had it shipped directly to them.

I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the customer service. This was a gift for a family who lost two senior dogs very close together and I had to follow up because the canvas had not been received 2 1/2 weeks after ordering. A generic e mail advised me a mailing label had just been created (why did I have to get on your case in order for that to be done), and five days later still no receipt. The tracking that was sent did not show any movement of the package. A week later I was livid! Followed up again and I was sent a different tracking showing delivery the week before. I did end up finding the package at a neighbor's house. Yes, that problem was the fault of the carrier, but customer service did not provide the proper tracking information to me. I could have gotten the package to my friends a week earlier, showing my heartfelt sympathies. Then I get a generic email on the same day I get this request for feedback, thanking me for my kind words! I will NEVER do business with you again!!!!
