This is the second Unifury 15 oz mug I purchased. The first one I bought for my wife and she loved it! Then, just before Christmas she accidently broke it.
Not only was Unifury able to recreate the exact customized mug based on my previous order (so I didn't have to go through the process of making all the choices of dogs again) but they were able to turn around the order in time for Christmas!

The graphics on the mug appear to be fired under a clear glaze, not just a cheap decal. Also, the customized picture is repeated on both sides of the mug, not just on one side which is definitely a premium touch. All in all, the quality of this mug is worth much more than the selling price and I highly recommend it to anyone.
Ordered this for good friends who had to say goodbye to their furry child. It came within a week of ordering, looks just like the screen images were, and they are very pleased! (Be aware that the larger mug really is giant compared to standard mugs. Good for a cup and a half of coffee serving at once.)
