Been 5 years but I still miss my fur buddy. Had her for 13 years. Still talk about her little ways. We adopted another fur baby who is 4 now and so different. My mug hit it right on. Down to the white tip on her tail. Yes it brought tears to my eyes when I received it. I miss my baby so much.

The mug itself is perfect! My problem with the shipping container is that the mug was shipped only in the styrofoam surrounding the mug- not placed inside a box. There was no protection around the mug/styrofoam to protect it during shipping. The styrofoam also had a significant cut out that showed the mug itself. Not the safest way to ship it. Luckily mine arrived ok with only a couple of styrofoam chunks missing.
I love my mugs. One is of my two dogs (Mac with wings) and Shak (the German Shepherd). Our two dogs with their people. This makes us so happy.
The second mug is of our five cats (all with wings now). The sentiment is so true--we talk about them all the time
You *have* to find a better shipper. I don't have any idea why you chose DHL but they are terrible. Okay internationally, but domestically they coop with USPS. The delivery took 1wk+ and only had to travel a few hundred miles. Handoff between USPS and DHL was sloppy and the delivery guy tried (failed) then tried 2 days later. Comical, but that is what I expect with them, frankly. That choice reflects poorly on you so I hope you can get out of whatever contract you signed with them.

My nephew just lost his best friend, his German Shepard named Bou Duke. He is a veteran and Bou was also a therapy dog. I sent him a mug with a picture of Bou with wings and a caption saying "I'm always here". He said it was the most thoughtful gift he's ever gotten. The entire family cried. Have had mug for one year and no chips. Picture on mug is still like new...no fading or peeling. Use it all the time. Ordering one for our saughters families dogs. Love it.
