The box showed external damage that was obviously caused during shipping. Unifury provided a replacement at no charge. The replacement arrived in time for Christmas to boot! The cups are really cute except the name of the dogon the right(Jaxon) is written on the backpack. Hard to see
They were just what I ordered; the mugs arrived promptly - it was a gift which I forwarded. I expected my friends to be pleased. They were ecstatic.
Our dear friend absolutely loved the cup. She actually called us after she received it and was crying with tears of joy. The reaction she had was priceless.
Well I'm giving it 4 stars but really sad my mug arrived broken and I'm sure it's at no fault of the company but of the shipping and handling persons' that didn't have enough brains that a styrofoam package should be handled with care... I did inform the company that my mug was damaged and hope to get a new one soon as I was so excited to use it. My only suggestion would be bubble wrap styrofoam and but in box so there's little chance of a broken item.
I honestly thought it looked good online but I was more shocked when I got it in person. It was really fast and greatly tracked. Once I got it I was impressed of how it doesn't feel cheap and is something I know my girlfriend will love for many many years!
