I reached out to you several times and then it was to late you said after several times. My issues was a clicked on package of 2 thinking I was getting one of each. And then I got charged for 3 and I only wanted one of each. So now I have 2 of the same. I like the product but the way to order isn’t the best. As I live on a budget and now have an ornament that I don’t need.

I got this for my neighbor, my best friend and our dogs were first bf/gf and didn't like anyone else. I got this for them to add to their shrine or Christmas tree so they can remember her and us who gave it to her. Nova, the dog who died is now my dog's favorite word and she is unforgettable. This gift was perfect and I didn't mean to make her cry more but it's a very specialized gift and unique to their little family.
