It’s absolutely perfect. The only criticism I have is having to email after placing the order to get the clothing changed and the dog made bigger. You only have 2 hours to do it so I was anxious awaiting the reply. They did send me a preview of what it looked like after the changes were made, and they look so much like our loved ones that I cried.

Product came quickly and looks amazing
I absolutely love how it turned out. I am slightly turned off that when you order it asks for a “tip.” The company should pay their employees fairly, asking for a tip tells me the company does not pay their employees fairly. These are not cheap items. It’s not the customers job to pay your employees, it’s tacky to ask for a tip for a service like this.
I recently had to put my dog of 18 years down. This was a great way to remember him and the other two dogs he grew up with and also acknowledge the dog we adopted two years ago that is still with us.
