These are cute but hard to tell what the people will truly look like with the finished products. I initially asked if they could remake this one because the people (particularly the children) turned out much *bigger* than expected and I felt bad giving it to the family. No refunds, returns or exchanges though. I was told to spec out the people using a product with a preview, then note the specs for each person and then use those specs to order the product i wanted again with a new purchase. Seems like A LOT OF WORK on the consumer side. I was told i could purchase more after going through this process again, but what am i going to do with the $180 worth of products I already have with the *big* people? I can't give them to another family - it's personalized! Would love to see the preview function for each product they sell. I would be more inclined to purchase more from them in that case.
